Summary: Join Amazon as a Cloud Support Associate in Ireland and be at the forefront of transformational technology, assisting global companies with mission-critical applications and working with leading companies and Amazon engineering teams to develop new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for customers using AWS services, including troubleshooting and general guidance.
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
- Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams.
- Collaborate with AWS development teams, Technical Account Managers, and Solutions Architects to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on customer service improvements.
- Promote customer satisfaction by improving support processes and customer technical support experiences.
- Author tutorials and technical articles for the AWS customer community.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.
- Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / Dev Ops / Programming.
- Passion for customers and new technology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer focus and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-starter who is excited about technology.
- Troubleshooting and support experience.
Preferred:
- Server Admin experience, kernel driver knowledge (Linux/Windows or both).
- Network infrastructure and L7 network device design, construction, and operation.
- ID management, encryption, audit, and management product experience.
- IT security experience.
- File system, storage service development and operation.
- Video transmission-based construction and operation.
- Application construction, development, and operation.
- IoT system construction, development, and operation.
- RDBMS construction, operation, management, and query tuning.
- Data analysis-based construction and operation.
- Machine learning model construction and operation.
- Blockchain technology-based development experience.
- Excellent Korean communication skills (conversation and sentence).
- Multi-tasking ability.
- Customer technical problem analysis and solution provision experience.
