Cloud Support Engineer - Amazon Web Services
**Job Summary:** Assist global companies and developers utilizing cloud services and features to run mission-critical applications.
**Responsibilities:*
* Act as Cloud Ambassador across all cloud products.
* Provide customers with required tools and tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.
* Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customer needs.
* Interact with leading engineers around the world.
* Partner with AWS teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues.
* Drive customer communication during critical events.
* Drive projects that improve support-related processes and customers' technical support experience.
* Write tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles for developer community.
* Work on critical, highly complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services.
**Key Qualifications:*
* Knowledge and experience in administration and troubleshooting across DevOps/Deployment, Orchestration Management, Containerization, Configuration Management.
* Knowledge and experience in Continuous Integration Technology (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible).
* Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Linux or Windows issues on servers.
* Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience in Web and Application Server technologies including deployment and troubleshooting.
* Experience in scripting or development using Python, Node.js/JavaScript, PowerShell, Golang, or Bash.
* Knowledge and experience in networking including troubleshooting, HTTPS/TLS, iptables, packet capture analysis.
* Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration engines and containerization technologies.
* Understand high availability and scalable system design.
