Cloud Support Engineer - Storage and Content Delivery (French speaker)
Job Summary:
Cloud Support Engineer position available for Storage and Content Delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience with Content Delivery Networks, media frameworks, and cloud storage solutions.
About the Job:
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of cloud computing technologies, assisting customers with complex technical issues. You will work with a global list of companies and developers, arming them with the tools and tactics to get the most out of their cloud product and support investment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs using advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Interact with leading engineers around the world to resolve customer issues
- Partner with Amazon Web Services teams to improve our services
- Drive customer communication during critical events
- Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community
- Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services
Requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Experience with Content Delivery Networks, media frameworks, and cloud storage solutions
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and/or experience with any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience scripting or developing in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET (C#), JavaScript
