Job Summary: Cloud Support Engineer
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers using AWS services, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
About the Role
- Provide technical support to customers using AWS services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, technical account managers, and solutions architects, to improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with AWS services and technologies.
- Participate in onboarding process to learn various technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements
