**Cloud Support Engineer** As a Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will provide high-quality technical solutions to help customers achieve their business goals. You will dive deep into complex questions to find the root cause and ensure the customer's specific requirements are fulfilled. **Responsibilities:** • Collaborate with customers to understand their plans and problems • Provide technical guidance and support to customers through various contact channels • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution • Develop and maintain knowledge of AWS services and technologies • Participate in the development of new skills and expertise • Engage with subject matter experts and AWS service development teams • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers to ensure solution alignment and excellent customer experience **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin • Experience in database administration, Structured Query Language (SQL), and Linux administration • Knowledge of HA & DR topologies for databases, security best practices, and unix shell scripting • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **About AWS:** Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
