Cloud Support Engineer (Developer and Mobile Services)
Amazon Web Services is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their team in New Zealand. This role requires expertise in cloud computing, system administration, and networking, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:
- Leverage advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs
- Partner with Amazon Web Services teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
- Drive customer communication during critical events
- Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community
- Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services
- Coach and mentor new hires, develop and present training, and participate in process improvement and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages, data structures, algorithms, HTTP and troubleshooting API calls
- Knowledge or experience with system administration and troubleshooting in Linux and/or Windows
- Knowledge or experience with Networking and troubleshooting
