Cloud Support Engineer
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using AWS services.
About the Job
- Provide technical support to customers using AWS services
- Use advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues
- Work with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and present training to new hires
- Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical position
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical position (Support or System Administration)
- Proficiency in Systems Administration in Linux/Unix (Ubuntu, Cent OS, Red Hat, etc)
- Troubleshooting Linux OS and package management
- Good understanding of Networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing and Name Resolution
- Knowledge or experience with troubleshooting OS issues using instance down, SSH issues, package management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings
