Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team, providing technical support to customers using AWS services and assisting with the development of new capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Learn and use groundbreaking technologies to address customer technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events.
- Collaborate with AWS development teams, Technical Account Managers, and Solutions Architects to support customer problem-solving.
- Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on customer service improvements.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and experiences.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in software development or technical support.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
