Job Description:
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Irish Branch) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology, assisting a global list of companies that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.
You will work with leading companies in this space and directly with the engineering teams within Amazon developing these new capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to learn and use groundbreaking technologies, respond to customer's technical inquiries, troubleshoot and solve technical problems, and drive customer communication during critical events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
- Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
- Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
Profile Division:
The Support team will allocate the candidate to the most appropriate profile based on their skills, interest. New joiner can learn various tech knowledge and skills through onboarding process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in software development, or experience in technical support
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
