Job Description
Cloud Support Engineer at AWS: Deepen and broaden your technical expertise, engage with customers, and enjoy work-life balance. Deliver high-quality technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical solutions that meet customer business goals
- Collaborate with customers through various contact channels, including telephone, email, and web/live chat
- Understand customer concerns and requirements, and provide fact-backed guidance
- Work with customers using AWS Services, including S3, Cloudfront, SES, Media Convert, Kinesis Video Streams, and Backup and Storage Gateway
- Develop and host training, create technical articles, and present at AWS events
Requirements:
- Experience with Linux or Windows system administration
- Detailed knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting
- Experience with web-based services and applications
- Understanding of Software Defined Storage (SDS)
- Good knowledge of storage protocols
- Understanding of Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of client/server and distributed systems / AWS Cloud architecture patterns
- Scripting experience
- Experience operating and troubleshooting email services and SMTP
- Knowledge of AWS and Cloud Computing concepts
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills and experience
- Customer-facing experience and strong customer focus
