As Associate Director/Director, you will help organisations prepare for cloud technology adoption, focusing on strategy, operating model, governance, risk & compliance, and change adoptions. This transformation-focused role emphasizes business-centric strategy, senior stakeholder engagement, and integration with key capabilities like risk, compliance, culture & change, and service management.
You will be a strong leader and motivator, building and leading teams to deliver quality outcomes. Your technical skills will allow you to approach these areas with confidence, but are not the primary focus of your role.
Key responsibilities include shaping and driving programme/project delivery, leading and/or contributing to propositions, proposals, and market-focused activity, and driving connections and collaboration with Global KPMG cloud teams.
