We are seeking an experienced Cluster Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our Dublin-based team at Leonardo Hotels. The ideal candidate will provide quality HR leadership, support, and guidance to our cluster and support the Group HR team in delivering the HR strategy. Key responsibilities include recruitment and selection, compliance, learning and development, payroll, employee relations, and engagement. Our ideal candidate will have a background in hotels or the service sector, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
