Cluster Financial Controller Role Summary: An experienced Financial Controller to join our team, providing business acumen, creating annual business plans, and driving departmental KPIs. Key responsibilities include presenting financial data, analyzing data in real-time, and offering support to our ESG committee.
- Present financial data to Executives, highlighting business opportunities and challenges.
- Contribute to annual business planning and review.
- Produce monthly and annual reports to identify results and trends.
- Safeguard hotel assets through internal control systems.
- Develop finance team skills and competencies.
- Lead departmental managers to achieve hotel KPIs.
- Analyze data in real-time to create valuable business insights.
Key Competencies: Previous industry experience, excellent communication, analytical, and management skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
