Red D are recruiting a Cluster Yield Manager for a prominent group of hotels in Dublin. This exciting role is perfect for a results-driven professional who excels in optimising revenue strategies and managing pricing across multiple properties. The Cluster Yield Manager will work closely with senior management and revenue teams to maximise hotel performance, ensuring optimal occupancy, pricing, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate levels based on forecasted demand. Implement and adjust pricing strategies across all properties to maximise revenue. Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate with senior management, sales, meetings & events, and reservations teams to drive revenue across all areas. Prepare monthly forecasts and reports, tracking performance against targets. Manage third-party distribution channels and ensure proper pricing across all platforms. Visit hotels regularly to assess needs and ensure alignment with revenue strategies.
