Position: CNC Laser Operator Location: County Monaghan, Ireland Salary: €15-18 per hour (including shift uplift) Hours: 6am - 3pm, Monday to Friday Syntech Recruitment is pleased to work with a well-established design and manufacturing business based in County Monaghan, Ireland, specialising in providing innovative solutions across various sectors. Role Summary They are seeking an experienced CNC Laser Operator with demonstrable expertise in setting up, loading, and operating CNC Laser machines, ideally Trumpf machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of geometric tolerances and the ability to cut flat sheets efficiently. Key Responsibilities Set, operate, and program CNC Laser machines (preferably Trumpf). Work with geometric tolerances and ensure precise cutting of flat sheets. Adjust laser power and gas pressures as needed for optimal operation. Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals. Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities. Ideal Candidate Will Possess Proven experience in setting and operating CNC Laser machines (Trumpf experience preferred). Thorough understanding of laser machine functions, including power settings and gas pressure adjustments. Strong team player with a proactive approach. Willingness to engage in additional training to expand skill set.
