A growing international manufacturing company in Ireland is seeking a Machine Operator for a permanent role with a varied shift pattern.
Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Ireland, is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, wheel dressing machines, and other related equipment, as well as inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC machines, wheel dressing machines, and other related equipment
- Inspecting products to ensure conformance to manufacturing, quality, and customer requirements
- Conducting basic operator maintenance as required
- Following all specified operating procedures, set up sheets, and good manufacturing practices to produce high-quality products
- Performing other duties as specified by the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with automated production machinery
- Leaving certificate standard or equivalent education
- Full computer literacy and good numeracy skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility
