- Provide leadership and management to a team of nurses and support staff.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- NMBI Registration.
- Experience in team management.
- Full clean Irish manual driving licence.
- Desirable: Intellectual Disability Nurse Registration (RNID).
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of person-centred planning and HIQA requirements for residential ID services.
- Level 6 management course.
