Avista seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for Night duty Residential Services in North Tipperary/South Offaly, with a focus on supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities and their families in a person-centred, community-based, socially inclusive manner.
Job Description:
- Permanent part-time contract (30 hours per week)
- Salary: €54,437-€64,109 (pro-rated for hours of work)
- Requirements:
- NMBI Registration
- Experience in team management
- Full clean Irish manual driving licence
- Desirable: Intellectual Disability Nurse Registration (RNID)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Adopt a holistic and person-centred approach to support individuals to live their best lives
- Ensure people are supported to develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning
- Meet Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework
