Our client, a state-of-the-art private hospital in Dublin, is seeking a dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager II for their Emergency Department. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Oversee the delivery of nursing care in the Emergency Department, working closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing and the ED Consultant Group to develop and implement nursing strategies. Quality Assurance: Ensure professional protocols and quality standards are maintained, and lead initiatives to enhance nursing practices and service delivery. Human Resource Management: Manage the recruitment, appraisal, and development of nursing and allied staff, fostering a positive organisational culture. Operational Management: Collaborate with the senior nursing team and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery, patient safety, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Registered General Nurse with NMBI registration. Relevant post-registration course in Emergency Nursing. Management qualification (desirable). Experience: 3-5 years of acute Emergency care experience within the past 5-7 years. Minimum of 3 years at a senior level, with proven ability to implement change and develop practices in emergency care.
