Staff Nurse:
- Maintain NMBI membership
- Minimum 4 years post-registration experience
- Flexibility to meet hospital needs, including night duty, long days, and weekends
Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered in the General Division of the live Register of Nurses
- Minimum 5 years experience as a staff nurse in a relevant setting
- At least 2 years experience in a management position
- Recognised post-registration course or management course
- Continuing professional development
