CNM, Clinical Nurse Manager, Leopardstown, D18 (Dublin South) Full Time Permanent Role Salary, Dependent on Experience Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seek a Clinical Nurse Manager for Nursing Unit in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. This unit is a member of a large group, offering incredible support and infrastructure to new appointees. The group was founded in 2000, operates a total of 32 nursing and care homes in Ireland. Overview of the role: Cpl are now applicants for a Clinical Nurse Manager role in a newly opened Care facility for Older Adults in Leopardstown Dublin 18. The roles available are full time permanent and will require the availability to work weekends/nights. Duties: Clinical Practice Medication Management Staff Supervision & Training Auditing Residents/Relatives - Person Centre Management Qualifications: BSc in General Nursing or equivalent. Previous managerial training / experience is an advantage. Registered on the NMBI live register. Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills. Sound decision making ability. Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative. Ability to work well and promote a team environment. Results driven.
