Saint John of God Community Services in Liffey Services are now inviting applications for the post ofCNM1/PIC. Liffey Service provides a network of education, training, employment, respite and community living supports to children and adults with intellectual disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned service in the intellectual disability sector. Clinical Nurse Manager 1/ Person in Charge Residential Services Permanent Full Time Ref: RESPIT014 Role Summary Applications are invited for the post of CNM1/PIC supporting individuals with an intellectual disability in our Residential Service. This is a person-centred, dynamic and challenging 24/7 service.Specialised care for adults with an intellectual disability, training in the areas of PEG, Tracheostomy care and a wide range of medical conditions. Minimum Requirements CNM1 should have the following: Be on the current register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland and preferably RNID trained. Management/Leadership Training - Certified A proven track record in the delivery of Person-Centred systems services and supports. A minimum of 2 years working with people who have an intellectual disability. Excellent knowledge and understanding of Health Act Regulations, HIQA Standards, and all other relevant legislation as well as relevant social care models. Good leadership qualities, including excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and change management. The ability to motivate and develop a staff team and ensure staff implement organisational policies and procedures. A flexible working approach that responds to the changing needs of a 24/7 service A Full Manual Drivers License Remuneration Salary Grade Application Process: The selection process for this competition will compromise several elements to select successful candidates for the position.
