A strong CNM can also apply for this role. Key Responsibilities Effectively oversee the day-to-day provision of services to clients in our homecare industry Track performance to ensure that clients receive high-quality, safe, and effective homecare Ensure that care is delivered efficiently through staff leadership in collaboration with the homecare team Recognise, handle, and escalate clinical issues through appropriate channels Recognise and keep an eye on workplace and field health and safety. Take part in the program for infection prevention and control. Uphold each client's rights and place their desires at the forefront of their assistance and care. Staff professional development should be encouraged and supported. Care assistants should get supervision and support to help them perform their duties. Take part in the procedures for handling absences and disciplinary actions. Requirements Registered Nurse on the Live Register (RGN / RCN/ RNID as required) of NMBI A nursing qualification is essential Minimum 5 years experience required Management experience at CNM 1 level or above Experience in care services, risk assessment, and individual care and support Knowledge in overseeing the provision of in-home care services Benefits Company car All car expenses covered phone & laptop Access to company pension Monday - Friday schedule Free access to employee wellness platform
