Recruit Net International Ltd is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 for the Outpatient Cancer Centre at a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to lead our Outpatient Cancer Centre team.
- Provides leadership and direction for staff on the Outpatient Cancer Centre while supporting and actualising the goals of the Cancer Service and Beacon Hospital.
- Identifies appropriate internal controls for department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
- Participates in unit-based and interdepartmental QI activities.
- Manages and participates in Cancer Service projects including Chemo Care.
- Clinical Oversight of all Oncology / Haematology / Palliative Care outpatient clinics
- Identify potential and beneficial topics for nursing research.
**Qualifications:**
- Preferably hold a post graduate qualification in Oncology Nursing.
- Preferably hold a post qualification in management.
- 5 years clinical experience post NMBI registration plus two years of progressive management experience required.
- 3 years experience in Oncology / Haematology / Palliative care is desired.
