Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 for its Outpatient Cancer Centre in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will lead a team and drive the Cancer Service's goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and direction for staff on the Outpatient Cancer Centre
- Identifying and implementing internal controls to ensure compliance
- Participating in quality improvement activities
- Managing Cancer Service projects, including Chemo Care
- Providing clinical oversight for Oncology, Haematology, and Palliative Care outpatient clinics
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing
- Postgraduate qualification in management
- 5 years of clinical experience post NMBI registration
- 2 years of progressive management experience
- Desirable: 3 years of experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Palliative Care
Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing and management. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of clinical experience and 2 years of progressive management experience.
