Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Registered on the general division of the NMBI register. 3-5 years of post-registration experience in an acute setting. Desirable: Relevant Higher Diploma or equivalent. Experience in the urology specialty. Skills and Attributes: Demonstrated clinical and professional competence. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Organizational skills that ensure structured and consistent patient care. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
