Job Description
The Supervisor will lead a team of Baristas in our coffee shop in Youghal, Co Cork. The role involves leading the team, ensuring great customer service, opening and closing the shop, placing orders, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Duties:
- Lead the team to deliver responsibilities and targets
- Offer excellent customer service
- Open and close the coffee shop
- Place orders for stock
- Ensure health and safety and hygiene practices
- Make great coffee
- Operate and balance cash registers
- Follow HACCP procedures
- Seat customers and promote products
- Serve food
- Prepare food
- Clean and reset tables
Requirements:
- At least 1 year Supervisory experience, preferably in a coffee shop
- At least 2 years Barista experience
- Proven team leadership experience
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
Job Details:
- Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
- Salary: €13.70 per hour
