Job Description
Collect and manage premium payments for AIG, a leading global insurance organization. Collaborate with brokers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries and improve collections performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a robust dunning cancellation procedure to ensure timely collection of premiums
- Build and maintain relationships with key brokers to fast-track premium collections
- Enhance customer and broker experiences through quality data reconciliations
- Identify and log overdue premiums for proposed cancellation and issue warning letters
- Respond to inquiries from brokers and clients with professional and expedient handling
- Code and update comments on over terms items on Live Ledger
- Collaborate with Shared Services team on migrated processes and cash allocation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts or insurance
- Third-level degree in Business or Accounting (desirable)
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High-level attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite products, especially Excel and Word
