Key responsibilities include negotiating insurance policies, building relationships with clients, and analysing client risks to provide customized insurance solutions.

Requirements include a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification, previous experience working for an insurer or broker, and strong IT and interpersonal skills.
