Job title: New Business Commercial Executive Industry: Insurance Location: Dublin Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global insurance broker in Dublin to hire for a New Business Commercial Executive to join their growing team. You will drive sales growth in numerous sectors and industries creating and generating leads from the existing database as well as developing new prospect pipelines to ensure sales targets are met. There is a good opportunity for the Commercial Executive to progress long term in the business and work closely with very experienced and high performing brokers. Role and Responsibilities: Negotiate on insurance policies and terms to secure the best coverage Work with team colleagues to develop winning proposals for prospects Build and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and advising on appropriate policies Analyse client risks and assess needs, providing customized insurance solutions Job Requirements: Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified Previous experience working for an insurer or broker Good IT skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suit Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skills The successful Commercial Executive will be joining the company at a stage of expansion across most areas with a long-term vision to grow their reach, and secure new business while consolidating the current book, and they are looking for motivated brokers who want to take that next step in their career.
