We are working with a manufacturing company based outside Letterkenny, seeking a Commercial Administrator to join their Admin Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to key account managers
- Manage email, telephone calls, and diary
- Arrange flights, travel, and accommodation
- Process expenses and prepare customer documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and share with team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials
- Support customer visits and trade shows
Requirements:
- Substantial experience as a Commercial Administrator or similar role in manufacturing industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
