Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to provide administrative support for our BSS & AquaLibra teams, facilitating better decision-making and improved customer service within the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Account setup, Trials, Agreements, Returns, ensuring data quality is of the highest standard
- Prepare Agreements for closing, customer communication, and checks
- Capture and Entry of Return Requests from representatives and input to OnePosting system
- Revise pricing on system and monthly report
- Processing Pool Reconciliation Forms and Marking Assets Offsite
- Prospect Data Entry and pooling
- Maintain data of Customer Sets (Key Account Groups)
- Ensure the accuracy of internal/external pricing/promotion data to facilitate the reduction of account queries
- Support the Business support team through flexibility, systems knowledge, and ability to use Microsoft packages
- Provide cover to Accounts Receivable functions and debt collection when required
- Input and reconciliation of credit notes into the system
- Data Cleanse for new incoming system
- Provide cover for Sales Admin function role when required
Requirements
- Responsible, logical, and ability to deal with high volumes of data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience managing and taking ownership of workload and commitment to meet deadlines
- Strong IT abilities - Working knowledge of Access along with other Microsoft suites
- Logical approach to dealing with problems, ability to work well under pressure, and previous experience of working on own initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
