Commercial Corporate Solicitor sought for a leading Full Services Law Firm in Dublin City Centre.
Link Personnel have been instructed by a long-established law firm to find a Commercial Corporate Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to progress their legal career.
This is a great opportunity to work with a prestigious client base, comprising National and International clients, and be mentored by a leading professional in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day commercial law assistance to commercial clients
- Advising clients on various commercial matters, including leases, share purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, and company law matters
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, corporate agreements, minutes, and resolutions
- Working across all areas of commercial law, with a focus on commercial property and commercial contracts
Requirements:
- 1-2 years PQE
- Experience in operating GEMS and CORE
- Drafting minutes and resolutions
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
Salary: up to €75,000
