This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Corporate Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to progress their legal career. This firm has an enviable Client base and will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work with both National and International clients. You will be mentored by a leading professional within their field.Salary: to €75KBenefits: Pension, Discounted Healthcare, Hybrid Working Option, Bonus.The Role:Must have a detailed knowledge of company law and filing requirements of the Companies Registration Office and Registry of Beneficial OwnersMust have worked across all areas of commercial law and in particular, in the areas of commercial property and commercial contractsMust have drafted, negotiated and reviewed all types of commercial contracts, corporate agreements, minutes and resolutionsProvide day-to-day commercial law assistance to commercial clientsAdvise clients in relation to various commercial matters including leases, share purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, disclosure letters, banking and company law matters.The Candidate:1 to 2 years PQEExperience in operating GEMS and COREDrafting minutes and resolutionsReviewing and negotiating all forms of commercial and corporate agreementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a busy teamAbility to work under pressure and prioritise workloadsStrong organisation and administrative skillsKeyhouse knowledge is preferable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
