Commercial Corporate Solicitor sought for a leading law firm in Dublin City Centre. Opportunity to work with national and international clients, mentorship from a leading professional, and a competitive salary package.
This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Corporate Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to progress their legal career.

Salary: to €75 K

The Role:
- Must have a detailed knowledge of company law and filing requirements of the Companies Registration Office and Registry of Beneficial Owners
- Must have worked across all areas of commercial law and in particular, in the areas of commercial property and commercial contracts
- Must have drafted, negotiated and reviewed all types of commercial contracts, corporate agreements, minutes and resolutions
- Provide day-to-day commercial law assistance to commercial clients
- Advise clients in relation to various commercial matters including leases, share purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, disclosure letters, banking and company law matters
The Candidate:
- 1 to 2 years PQE
- Experience in operating GEMS and CORE
- Drafting minutes and resolutions
- Reviewing and negotiating all forms of commercial and corporate agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- Keyhouse knowledge is preferable
