Commercial Director | Dublin€Executive Level Salary & Benefits (car, pension, bonus’s & more)The Role:A unique opportunity with national/international construction group, based in Dublin HQ. Delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe. Sectors include traditional construction, data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure & property development.The Candidate:You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, maximising commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff.
