Job Description
Lead commercial activities on large infrastructure projects, manage client expectations, and provide commercial expertise to project teams. Manage contracts, cost standards, and procedures, and develop a commercial and cost team. Responsible for capturing, monitoring, and forecasting financial status, and ensuring deliverability within the funding envelope and compliance with governance. Ensure contractual compliance, manage invoicing and collection activities, and provide analysis of change requests. Assist with tendering, collaboration, and commercial negotiations, and foster key relationships, internally and externally.
