```html Job Description Position: Commercial Director Ref No: jb.cm.dir.wk26 Location: County Dublin, Republic of Ireland Salary: €150,000 - €175,000 per annum A unique opportunity with a national/international construction group, based in HQ, managing projects in Ireland & the UK. Delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe. Sectors include data, hotel, power, and residential. Role Assisting the Estimating Department in the development of bid submissions in order to secure new business. Cost management functions throughout all project stages to deliver and maximize margin. Commercial reporting for all ongoing projects to the Commercial Director. Management and preparation of Project Budgets, Margins and Cost / Value Reconciliation reports for accurate reporting to Directors. Team management for supply chain procurement; ensure timely procurement of all subcontractors and successful presentation/sign-off from the Tender Procurement Committee.
