Seeking a Commercial Director to lead pre-construction, cost management, and commercial performance on projects for a national/international construction group in Dublin.
The Role: Delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe.
- Sectors include traditional construction, property development, data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure & property development.
The Candidate: Responsible for pre-construction, cost management, maximising commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff.
- Contribute at Senior Executive level introducing innovative business methodology, strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.
