Seeking a Commercial Director to lead pre-construction, cost management, and commercial performance on projects for a national/international construction group in Dublin.
The Commercial Director will be responsible for:
- Delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe.
- Maximising commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries.
- Managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff.
- Introducing innovative business methodology and strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.
This is a critical appointment, integrated into the company growth trajectory and succession strategy for the Executive Management Team.
