Seeking a Commercial Director to lead pre-construction, cost management, and commercial performance on major projects for a national/international construction group in Dublin.
A unique opportunity with a leading construction group, delivering projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, and authorities across Ireland, UK, and Europe. Sectors include traditional construction, property development, data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure, and property development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of estimating, surveying, and procurement staff
- Introducing innovative business methodologies and strategic planning for continued growth and diversification
- Maximising commercial performance on projects within the group and its subsidiaries
A 'critical' appointment, integrated into the company growth trajectory and succession strategy for the Executive Management Team. Based in Dublin with hybrid options.
