Commercial Executive Location:Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 Salary: DOE €34-36K Hours: 8am -5pm Onsite role Our client, a well established Foods Group organisation with a proud history of bringing people across Ireland the best produce. The role: If you are recently graduated and want to get into an FMCG commercial role this is the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and diverse foods business. You will work alongside a commercial professional and will receive coaching and mentorship. Must have commercial experience coming from Supermarket Retail Chain. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with Commercial Manager on day-to-day account activity including customer service levels, commercial plans, sales analysis and report insights Collaborate with NPD team to ensure commercial and sales feed into critical paths are adhered to Familiarity with various customer information systems becoming a key user with responsibility for commercial inputs as required Agree promotional activity plans together with the Commercial Manager, tracking impact on sales & profitability Liaise with the finance team on customer administrative queries to ensure timely resolutions Support the Commercial Manager in preparing for weekly sales meetings and quarterly reviews Collaborate with Commercial Manager and sales admin desk on customer price file update and ongoing management in line with agreed plans Collaborate with the CM on customer JBP (Joint Business Plan) management and meetings Ensure regular calls to customer stores to update on competitor activity, category layout and operational findings. Attend customer events as required with the CM and wider team Work closely with CM to ensure the business commercial agenda and planning is adhered to in line with overall customer strategies Liaise with the marketing brand support team on customer campaigns Ensure weekly updates on customer activity impacting Operations & Production is communicated within the wider team Requirements: Recent graduate with bachelors degree in business or a related field . Prior internship or part-time practical work in a commercial role is an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail and ability to prioritise Own Car and clean driving licence required.
