Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global insurance broker in Dublin to hire a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team. The successful candidate will drive sales growth in numerous sectors and industries, creating and generating leads from the existing database as well as developing new prospect pipelines to ensure sales targets are met.
Key responsibilities include negotiating insurance policies and terms, working with team colleagues to develop winning proposals, and building and strengthening relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification, previous experience working for an insurer or broker, and strong IT skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Key Requirements:
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified
