Commercial Finance Manager
Our client, a globally recognized company, seeks a Commercial Finance Manager to lead finance business partnering across commercial teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting senior teams in innovation and new product development to deliver margin-enhancing growth.
- Preparing local financial plans, activity reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Controlling and managing advertising and promotional spending to maximize ROI.
- Establishing and maintaining an independent financial operation adhering to best practices.
- Creating and implementing processes, systems, and procedures to ensure quality results and business performance.
- Ensuring commercial and supply alignment within sales and operations planning.
- Identifying risks and opportunities to the forecast.
- Providing financial analysis to inform business decisions.
Minimum requirements:
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA /ACCA /CIMA or equivalent).
- 5+ years of PQE.
- Extensive business partnering experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the commercial environment.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and change.
- Significant and relevant professional experience within FMCG (desirable).
