We are hiring a Commercial Finance Manager.
- Develop and implement a sustainable cost price structure and supplier investment strategy.
- Drive delivery of One Cost Price benefits across IOI through robust analysis and collaboration.
- Contribute to supplier negotiations and implementation plans.
- Support Trading Finance teams with margin control and commercial outcomes.
- Lead training and governance of 20/20 Trading Forward cost price and margin measures.
- Govern changes to the 20/20 Trading Forward cost price and margin definition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing reports for Executive and Board meetings.
- Preparing IOI Commercial Performance updates and insights.
- Supporting Commercial Strategy development with a data-driven approach.
- Leading the Commercial Leadership team engagement with external providers.
- Providing Commercial Risk insights to Audit Committee.
- Supporting Finance Leadership Team with the transfer of Commercial Model approach.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A qualified accounting background with 5+ years industry experience.
- Strong numeric and analytical skills, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organisation skills, with strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
