As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be part of a team that has responsibility for all commercial aspects with relation to Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance for EMEA. The role in GTM Finance will be crucial for aligning financial goals with broader business objectives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into the go-to-market process.
• Quantify deal economics and align them with business objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enable the business to make informed decisions that drive growth, profitability, and velocity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing long-term commercial structures for the organization.
• Driving deal velocity and NNACV through trusted regional advisory services.
• Creating and executing workflow related to mid-tier revenue transactions.
• Driving change management and process transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in SaaS, software, or hardware industry within GTM/Commercial Finance/Revenue Recognition Advisory.
• Proficient understanding of US GAAP software revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Ability to communicate and interpret complex issues for non-finance stakeholders.
• Dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
