Our Consulting, Delivery and Learning teams design and deliver transformational digital products and experiences that add value to our clients’ businesses and to their customers’ lives.Every day, across the world, our teams are pioneering faster, better ways to bring our client’s most exciting ideas to life.We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in our finance department, taking on a broad range of responsibilities that encompass finance, legal, compliance, and commercial contracting tasks.We want you to:Oversee the financial operations around the company’s intellectual property, including licensing, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.Manage the group’s insurance policies to ensure appropriate coverage and protection.Ensure all financial and business practices comply with legal regulations and company standards.Identify and mitigate financial and legal risks associated with commercial activities.Work closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and legal, to provide financial insights and support business strategies.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Develop and implement processes to enhance financial and legal efficiency within the organization.This job might be for you if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
