Our vision is to leverage and profitably grow our consumables and services businesses through existing and new innovative products and services that enhance patient outcomes and improve efficiencies throughout the care pathway.We are looking for a Commercial Finance Partner to support our vision, offering an attractive career journey within the Finance organization for the CEETI cluster.As a Commercial Finance Partner, your role will be to:Provide insights driving decision making in alignment with the strategic direction of the business through strong collaboration with your business partners and functions.Lead the financial statements results and processes of the assigned geography ensuring that commitments are met while maintaining full compliance with the company’s financial policies, internal controls and business compliance standards.You will need to be able to demonstrate:Business and financial acuityAn inquisitive, open minded and growth mindsetStrong sense of accountability and ownership – get to the root cause and bring solutionsAbility to quickly adapt to changing needs of the companyStrong influencer skills – communication, motivation for actionWillingness to go the “extra mile” to achieve resultsWillingness to travel up to 20% of the timeSophisticated MS Office Skills with emphasis on Excel and PowerpointYour key stakeholders will be:EMEA Finance Director and Leadership teamCEETI Commercial Leadership TeamFinance teams (Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance)Support FunctionsKey Responsibilities:Prepare exploratory and predictive analytics, supporting tenders/deal decisions with profitability analysis and providing business analysis to support strategic decisions across the Clusters in Western Europe.Provide insightful analysis for price, product, customer, and market channels to identify forward thinking business recommendations that can be driven to execution.Prepare new business models for New Product Launches or Business development Opportunities working closely with Global Business Unit to ensure alignment with long-term Regional objectives and strategy.Collaborate with the Commercial Teams at cluster and regional level to understand sales force metrics, sales incentives, dashboards, KPI definitions and distributor trends to build proposals to accelerate profitable business growth.Evaluate the return on investment of incremental and existing SG&A costs, identifying areas for improvement.Challenge the optimization of the asset base including sales associated with lease capex, accounts receivable, inventory management and management of associated risks.Adhoc Business Project support and analysis.Support the FP&A and Business teams with input for F’cast, Budget and Long Range Plan cycles.Education/Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (country equivalent)Qualified Accountant – Chartered or Management Accountant is an advantageMinimum of 5-10 years experience in broad financial roles with multi-national companies, ideally in Business Partnership capacityProficiency in English (oral and written) – additional languages in scope of geography is a plusBenefits:Attractive Salary PackagePrivate Medical InsuranceAnnual Bonus SchemePension ContributionFor further information, and to apply, please visit our website via the “Apply” button below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
