To join our programme, you should have:
- A minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant degree discipline
- A genuine passion and interest in the energy sector
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and a fast-paced environment
- Agility in your thinking and a willingness to address knowledge gaps
You'll also need to be comfortable working to and setting individual targets, and using your own initiative to overcome challenges.
