The company A leading Irish contractor is actively seeking a Commercial Lead to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project (€500m plus) in the Dublin area with a 3 year pipeline of work over there. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector. The role As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects and managing a team on a Hyperscale data centre project in Dublin. Taking responsibility for the financial management of the project. Outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver the project. Sharing regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders, and defining the technical requirements and feasibility of the project. Could this role be for you? 10+ years as a Commercial Manager/Lead dealing with large scale (€100m plus) projects is essential. Experience on Data Centre / large infrastructure projects is ideal. HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying Commercial knowledge and understanding. Client facing experience. Why apply?
